Package #2 - The Bare Essentials Package

This package was created for the extra tight budget that may not need all the services our Platinum Package offers and allows for outside or self catering. Extra services and rentals are optional at an extra fee. This is the package that is comparable with other facilities.

* Extra hours may be purchased for $150.00 per hour.

Price Includes:

1.   Rehearsal: you get an extra hour for rehearsal during the week.

2.  Tables and chairs and initial set up of tables and chairs. Up to (24) 60” rounds (2) 6' rectangle tables (1) 8' rectangle table, several antique tables for guest book, cake, and gift tables. For groups up to 100 guests 200 white plastic chairs for up to 200 guests 400 white plastic chairs.

3.  Parking: 25 spaces on site and a large lot across the street that is maintained and well lit at night.

4.  Decorative topiaries and other plants also little white decorative sparkle lights around the rooms.

5.  Bride’s room: A special large room with lots of mirrors and a private bathroom for the Bride and her maids.
This room is decorated in romantic white on white so that you may add your special colors and touches.

6.  Groom’s room: A very masculine room, just for the guys with their own private bathroom

7.  On Site Management for any building related issues.
